7-Day Returns
Unopened and sealed products in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Opened Products
For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned unless faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
